The short version: we are not the restaurant, we cannot arrange anything, and you should confirm everything that matters.
1. We are not the restaurant
The Nordic Compendium is an independent editorial publication with no affiliation to Restaurant Frantzén, Frantzén Group, Björn Frantzén or Michelin. We are not endorsed, sponsored, approved or authorised by any of them, and we do not speak for them.
We cannot pass messages to the restaurant, confirm anything on its behalf, or resolve any matter between you and it.
2. We arrange nothing, and we warn you about those who claim to
We do not arrange, hold, transfer or resell access to any restaurant. We take no payment from readers for anything, ever.
Restaurant Frantzén manages all guest arrangements itself, through the channels published on its own website. Because access is tightly limited, the restaurant's name is used by third parties making offers it has nothing to do with. Treat any unsolicited offer of guaranteed access, any request for payment from an unfamiliar party, and any site that is not the restaurant's own with real suspicion. If money is being asked for by anyone other than the restaurant, stop.

3. Accuracy and currency
We check what we publish against public sources: the restaurant's own material, the Michelin Guide, and established press. Even so, restaurants change service days, formats, menus, personnel and figures without notice.
Everything here should be treated as accurate as at the date shown and no later. Confirm anything that affects your plans directly with the restaurant. We accept no liability for decisions taken on the basis of information that has since changed.
4. Figures and currency
Monetary figures are quoted in Swedish kronor as published by the restaurant or reported by recognised guides at the time of writing. They are indicative of scale, not quotations, and they exclude anything not stated. Any conversion into another currency depends on the rate and any charge applied by your own payment provider, neither of which we control.
5. Dietary requirements, allergens and health
This is the part we would most like you to read carefully. Descriptions of ingredients, dishes and dietary limits are editorial description, not allergen information. The menu is rewritten constantly and any dish described here may not exist by the time you read it.
If you have a food allergy, an intolerance or any medically significant dietary requirement, the only reliable source is the restaurant itself, told directly and in advance. Do not rely on this site, or on any third-party site, for that purpose. Nothing here is medical or nutritional advice.
6. Not professional advice
Nothing on this site is legal, financial, medical, travel or professional advice of any kind. Where a decision has consequences, take advice from someone qualified to give it.

Links to third-party sites are provided so you can check our sources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices, and a link is not an endorsement of anything beyond the point being verified.
8. Advertising and commercial disclosure
If this site carries advertising, advertisements will be clearly distinguishable from editorial content. Advertising does not influence what we write, and advertisers get no advance sight of editorial material.
We have accepted no payment, meal, hospitality or benefit from Restaurant Frantzén or Frantzén Group in exchange for coverage. Should that ever change, it will be disclosed prominently on the page concerned. Where any content is sponsored, affiliate-supported or otherwise commercially arranged, it will be labelled as such at the point where you encounter it, not buried here.
