What to include
For a correction, tell us the page, the sentence, what is wrong and — if you have it — where the correct information comes from. That is usually enough for us to act the same week.
For a privacy request, say which right you are exercising (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection) and give us enough detail to identify the data. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we will explain why if we do.
What we cannot help with
- Arranging, holding or transferring restaurant visits of any kind.
- Passing messages to the restaurant, its staff or its group.
- Payment, refund or account questions — we operate none of these.
- Any offer you have received elsewhere claiming to sell access to the restaurant. We are not connected to it and would treat it with suspicion.
